Parkview on Peachtree

Parkview on Peachtree is a new mixed-use retail, restaurant, office and residential development set in a growing and thriving area within Metro Atlanta — Chamblee/Brookhaven. Steps from mass transit and back dropped by greenscape and a network of walking and fitness trails, the development was thoughtfully designed by CONNOLLY to reflect the Modern South with a focus on walkability and an active lifestyle.

Now open and conveniently located near Buckhead, Brookhaven, and Perimeter Center, Parkview on Peachtree’s design features 45,000 square feet of street front boutique shops, casual cafes and restaurants. It also includes 10,000 square feet of office space and 500 multi-family units. To discover business opportunities within this development or learn more, click here.

Dresden Village

The Dresden Village mixed-use project will complete the pedestrian friendly retail and restaurant experience along Dresden Drive in Brookhaven, GA, connecting Brookhaven Village to the Brookhaven MARTA Station. The retail and restaurant mix will complement the existing shops and restaurants by curating the right retailers to keep with the “village” feel that makes this area so unique.
