Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta will open its first urgent care center inside the perimeter April 17.
Called Children’s at Chamblee-Brookhaven, the facility will be located in the Parkview on Peachtree shopping center at 5080 Peachtree Boulevard in Chamblee, Ga.
The 10,000-square-foot urgent care center will have 12 exam rooms and two procedure rooms. Its services will include broken bone, minor cuts, sprained ankle, allergic reactions, asthma attacks, earache or ear infections, fever, sore throat, skin rash and swallowed objects.
Children’s will host a ribbon cutting April 17 with speakers that include its CEO and President Donna Hyland, Chamblee City Manager Jon Walker and Kerry Mitchell, president of the Chamblee Chamber Board of Directors.
