The newly redeveloped center will house four national brands opening in 2018: HomeGoods, Burlington, Bealls Outlet and Del Taco.

Arbor Square is one of Douglasville’s oldest shopping centers. Situated at one of the city’s busiest intersections (Hwy 5 and Douglas Blvd), the property has been in CONNOLLY’s portfolio since originally built in 1977.

Construction is underway for the complete overhaul and reconstruction of the current facade of the center. “When completed in spring of 2018, it will look and feel like a brand-new shopping center,” adds Connolly.

In addition to the four national retailers opening next year, Arbor Square will continue to feature some of its current tenants, including Tile & Stone Express (which has relocated to another unit within the development), Boost Mobile and Monterey’s Mexican Restaurant.
