ATLANTA – Jan. 11, 2018 – Parkview on Peachtree, a new metro Atlanta mixed-use retail, restaurant, office and residential development in the Chamblee/Brookhaven area, today announces five new retail and service concepts. Tenants soon to occupy its 45,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space will include:


Bishops Barbershop is a cutting-edge hair shop that offers high end services for affordable prices, catering to both women and men. The franchise promises to buck the traditional barbershop game with their trend-setting stylists, modern interior design and, for those over 21, ice cold beer. The shop will occupy just over 1,180 square feet of space and serve clients only on a walk-in basis.


Chamblee Orthodontics is a new 1,180 square-foot orthodontic practice coming to Chamblee. This state-of- the-art office will offer braces and Invisalign for children and adults using the latest cutting edge technology.


Claire Bell Home will offer a broad range of furniture, home décor, and gifts, as well as personalized interior design consulting and turnkey installations. Founded by Atlanta’s own Claire Bell, the store will feature unique offerings, including products from her own collection for Chelsea House — signature items with character and a story behind them. Additional décor and gift offerings will include Kate Spade branded items and a variety of cookbook and pop culture publications. The new store will occupy a over 630 square-foot space and offer unique home design and retail items, curated by Claire herself. and Houzz


Poké Bar, whose name stands for “raw fish salad” in Hawaiian, will bring its unique taste to Chamblee. It is a casual dining establishment that focuses on fresh ingredients and thoughtful, speedy service. The concept features a raw fish bar that serves flavorful sushi bowls. Also, it offers a wide selection of proteins (salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, albacore, shrimp, octopus, scallops and tofu) and unlimited vegetable selections, including kale, green onion, edamame, cucumber and more. Sides menu includes seaweed salad, cucumber salad, imitation crab meat and avocado. Poké Bar will occupy a 1,350 sq.ft space at Parkview on Peachtree.


Spavia, a luxury day spa, will mark its first Georgia location with a nearly 2,990 square-foot space at Parkview on Peachtree. The spa will offer a variety of services, including massages, skin care treatments and beauty treatments, such as eyelash extensions, wax treatments and tanning. Spavia will add a relaxing escape to the area, providing a place to unwind for guests and Parkview residents.


Additional restaurants, retailers and services will soon be announced.


New Services Add to Chamblee’s Retail Landscape


In addition to the newly signed leases, Parkview on Peachtree is celebrating the opening of four retailers this month:


Earlier this month, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, opened their full-service, upscale, restaurant concept featuring a chef-driven menu of gourmet signature burgers, chopped salads, appetizers and sandwiches with a full bar and a selection of craft microbrew beers. With locations in Colorado and North and South Carolina, the new 3,700-square-foot restaurant at Parkview on Peachtree will mark the burger bar’s first in Georgia.


Atlanta Spine and Wellness, opened in late November and is the new chiropractic office of Dr. Christopher Heitman, offering a variety of functional medicine services that include physical therapy, spinal decompression, massage therapy, nutrition and more at its new nearly 2,000 square-foot practice.


The Piedmont Bank, a regional bank founded by a group of local business professionals committed to serving the needs of businesses and residents of our community, opened in December. The Piedmont Bank has branch locations in Norcross, Lawrenceville, Cumming and Dunwoody, and will soon feature a 3,600-square-foot branch in Chamblee.


Also opened in December, Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids is a unique haircutting concept catering specifically to children, with fun, friendly, playground-style environments with lots of activities to keep little clients happy and calm throughout the entire experience. Cookie Cutters has locations across the country, including one in Tucker, and will expand its regional footprint with the opening of its first in-town salon (1,084-square-foot).


Solis Parkview, the residential component of Parkview on Peachtree, is also open. Developed by Terwilliger Papps, Solis Parkview’s luxury apartment homes are filling up quickly.
